• Contact us via discord or email with proof of your claim. We will then create an “item variant” with your name on the drop down menu and the appropriate price.

• Pay for your itemized listing, labeled with your name. Even if it is listed as $0, we encourage you to go through with the transaction as it lists you under our shop queue.

• Leave your details in the order notes. This is important, so that we can look at what you have redeemed at a glance. This includes the names of your services or conjures you wish to claim.

• Is is a physical item? DON’T use this listing. We have to account for shipping costs and make a separate listing entirely. For more information on redeeming physical items, contact us via discord or our business email.
