Fizzle slimes are a unique species; they are more liquid or jellatinous than they are any sort of meat or bone, and have a rather long and extensive lifestyle, let’s say. You see, Fizzle Slimes, named because their slime can often bubble or fizz, or taste like carbonation, don’t die. Like a phoenix in its rebirth cycle, FS, when they are at the end of their eons-long cycles, split into hundreds if not thousands of slimes. The new slimes that split off all take portions of the abilities, personality, and memories of the original slime; however, each is its being.

These beings start as simple slime droplets, and then grow in size and personality and magic, eventually becoming large enough that they can hold an humanoid form, and even some master the ability to hold themselves together and shift so that they look and feel human or like whatever species they are shifting into. Their mimicry is near unmatched, and it would be almost impossible to tell unless they either dropped the form or were injured. They do mostly retain the color of their slimes, which are bright, as is their eye color. But then again, bright eye colors aren’t so uncommon on the astral either.

There are very few cases where slimes remerge together, as it is a painful process, so I am told, and can do more harm than good unless the slimes are already heavily in sync. 

Fizzle slimes are fantastic companions, and while the possibility of them being sexual entities is open, it is up to each individual what they are seeking when they come forward to find a companion. These beings are fantastic as a friendly, jiggly companion for those who want more casual friends within their spirit fam!

Their magics range, but by most standards, include Shapeshifting, energetic mimicry, glamors, minor energetic feeding and exchange abilities, healing properties, and aiding one in magic, focusing on grounding and expelling negative forces from themselves and their home. Fizzles are more Topaz/Quartz (White and light grey) arts spirits, in that they seek not to harm or manipulate but to have a good time with their friends.

Added note: These beings are not related to the other species of slime conjured by FS, cannot breed with, nor produce children with, or feed from sexual energies in the same way that other slimes from SP can.
